How to Order

Mail Orders
Simply click on the customised Order Form, please download, and post completed form with a cheque or money order payable to jaqart to the postal address below. Cheques/money orders are to be in Australian Currency and bankable at an Australian Bank. Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of payment.

Direct Deposit
Simply click on the customised Order Form, please download, email, fax or post completed form to the below address. Once you have deposited the payment, please email jaqart the remittance receipt.

Pricing

The Bdrm Boxx range retails for $15.95 per item. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST 10%. jaqart reserves the right to
alter prices in the future.

Delivery and Charges

Australia
jaqart dispatches orders within 24 hours of receiving your order form and payment. Your order will be delivered by Star Track Express or Registered Post. All deliveries are guaranteed to be received within 5 business days of your order/clearance of payment. If no one is home, parcels delivered by courier will be left at the front door or backdoor if requested. If delivered through Registered Post, and no one is home,
you will need to collect your parcel at the nearest post office.

Packaging
Depending on the order quantity, the Bdrm Boxx are delivered flat packed in either a satchel bag (with extra padding) or cardboard boxes.
The Bdrm Boxx are individually flat packed in a plastic sleeve with a product brochure inside.

Charges within Australia
Orders between 1 to 12 boxes are delivered at a flat rate of $13.00 to all *states (except for the *Northern Territory). For larger orders (more than 12 boxes) please email or phone for delivery charges. Delivery costs for larger orders will depend on your delivery address and order quantity.

For all *Northern Territory orders, please email for delivery charges. The Bdrm Boxx range are delivered in cardboard boxes.

International orders
jaqart can ship orders internationally upon request. Please email for insurance and delivery charges.

Missing Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within a timely manner, please contact jaqart to track your parcel.

Refund Policy

jaqart only refunds or replaces goods if damaged within 5 days of delivery. jaqart has taken exceptional care when packing and sending
Bdrm Boxx. If the goods should arrive damaged, please notify jaqart by phone or in writing within 5 days of receiving your goods.
jaqart does not refund goods if you change your mind.

Sold Out Items

If any of the Bdrm Boxx range is SOLD OUT, jaqart can put your goods on priority backorder or email you as soon as stock is available.

Wholesale / Retail

For wholesale orders, please email jaqart your business details and ABN Numbers. jaqart can mail a separate Wholesale Order Form.

jaqart will only use and disclose your personal information for the sole purpose of processing orders. The personal information that you provide will not be disclosed to any organisation, except; for order processing with the courier, Australia Post and jaqart's accountant, if required.
